My heated seats work but moon roof and flip windows and all the door windows have no power to them but the 15amp has 12v to it and the 30amp maxi fuse under the hood has 9v to it... I'm not sure what has gone wrong.
Thank you, Chase

Basic electronics....

On a 12v system everything will have a 12 volt power source unless one condition is encountered, resistance. It will drop voltage plain and simple. It is a law of electronics, period.

To drop down to 9v at the 30 amp fuse means one of two things:

1) Reading is wrong, retest to verify.

2) Usually corrosion is built up on the connector and/or inside the wire that increases the resistance. Look for a whitish powder or a greenish appearance on the wire / connectors. Clean as necessary - clean and bright is right.
(We had this on a few buses that had low cranking speed)

I fixed the problem I needed to change out like fuse 602 the 30 amp in the engine compartment and then one of my relays in the cabin fuse box was loose i think relay 5 it was the closest one to the floor board any ways I did those and it worked so that's all good news. As for Stamp your are the man my hat goes off to you and thermo both on having the know how on how to track down electrical gremlins... Now I need to get my key fob working and the expy will be back! The manual climate control swap is pretty straight forward as well as the led swap I'm undertakeing at the same time.
