This hose is getting a bit funky and needs replacing. Not sure what it is. All other vacuum hoses are fine.

That's your evap vacuum supply line. Sucks in vapors from the fuel tank. They all seem to deteriorate like that after many years.
You can order a new one on Amazon, or some parts stores carry the Dorman replacement piece.
