yes you will be reading 12 volts DC but most meters will have more than DC scales on them

Theirs a latch on the top or bottom of the fuse box. You should also have one under the hood. You should try spraying your throttle body first If your problem is spark related, you could check fuses and relays for days with 0 results. Your going to also need a repair video/ book if you plan on fixing your issue.

Okay I have a centech digital multimeter
That I got for cheap from Harbor Freight which is cool. And also got some blade fuses just to make sure if I did blow one.
Know which fuse number am I looking for?

Okay I'm going to try the starting fluid first into the butterfly valve and see how that goes, so if my engine does start that means it is a fuel pump issue correct? And if it doesn't start that means it's a spark issue then, correct?

If it tries to start with starter fluid then the problem is in the fuel pump circuit or a bad fuel pump

You need to check fuse #34 check both sides of the fuse

Okay I use starting fluid and it started up and then it cut off I guess once the fuel ran out so I guess that means it is my fuel pump or the relay going to check fuse number 34 now

IF the fuse is good then go back and read what I posted about using a jumper

If the jumper works the problem is the relay
if the jumper doesn't work then its the fuel pump

They are on the fuse box Two different connectors they are side by side

Look at the pictures You should be able to figure it out

I believe the connectors are either above or below the fuses Can't remember which

The green wire with yellow stripe is in a 4 wire connector
to the solid red wire. It' in a larger connector just to the left of the 4wire connector

Look at the attached pic Look at the top of the pic you will see C270a and C270k those are the two connector that you will use the jumper in

Okay I did the jumper from the the two wires the engine did start but then it stopped after about a few seconds so does that mean it's the relay or the fuel pump?

Okay jumper firmly in place the engine seems like it wants to start it does turn over like it's getting fuel but I guess I've been starting my engine so much now I think my battery is dying so it doesn't have enough Spark to start. So since this doesn't seem like it's working is that the relay or the pump?

Could be either need to check and see if you are getting voltage to the pump You can check that at the shut off switch

But you need someone to turn the key while you look at the voltage

Remove the jumper and test for voltage

Put one lead of the meter in the green/yellow wire Where the jumper was

and the other lead to a solid ground.

Turn the key and see if you get 12 volts You will only see 12 volts for a second or two
