I'm looking for an all terrain tire to put on my expy. I've decided between Cooper at3 or nitto terra grappler. I want to stay stock size. Have any of you ran these? Do they last and ride good? And are they noisy?

Personally I liked the khumos I bought for mine years back. They look nice, ride nice and were one of the least expensive.

Skip all those and get the Michelin AT2. Best tire out of all the ones you listed. I've had Goodyear AT/S, SR-A, Nitto Crosswhatever, Terra Grapplers, BFG ATs, BFG MTs (not the 2) and the AT2 from michelin is by far the best all around tire out there. The only better tires were the BFG AT and MT in real deep mud otherwise the michelin was superior in every aspect.

I have a set of BFG Rugged Terrain on my Expedition and so far love them.

I've seen those rugged terrain BFGs on a bunch of Wranglers in my area. I've also been looking for something with a more aggressive pattern and thought of going with the Cooper AT2's due to their costs. Everything I've read though says exactly what Montecarlo stated...that those Michelin AT2's are the best except in deep mud.
