High Beams will not stay on

I have a 2016 Ford Expedition EL and the high beams will not stay on when the MFS is pushed forward. If I hold the MFS back (as in flash to pass) the high beams work as long as I hold the switch in that position. The indicator on the dash illuminates in both positions. I replaced the MFS and the issue still persists. I checked the manual, but I could not find a relay or fuse that controls just the high beams. When I do pull the switch toward me, I do hear a relay pick somewhere around the passenger side fuse box compartment, however I pulled both relays and the issue did not change. If anyone has any suggestions on what else I can look for/check it would be greatly appreciated. I have looked online and cannot seem to find this issue on the newer expys. Thanks!
