I have about 3 little 3/8" self tapping screw holes in my head liner (don't ask how they got there, my crazy ass ideas)

anyways, I was wondering how I could get rid of these or cover them up?

LOL^ give that a try! you gotta scrape off some fuzz from the surrounding headliner, and then stick it into place with some superglue in the hole and arange it accordingly

make it work to your advantage, make the rips even longer then sew them up horror movie style or use a thick thread that matches the body color. sometimes not clean....is cool.

How about posting a photo of the holes and their location, there are a few cover up tricks that can be done.

pull the headliner and buy matching fabric and glue it over the top of the old fabric and it will look new, my friend did this to his car and it looks great and his was all torn up bad, easy and cheap if your on a budget with it.

Well I had a hole in mine just about in the center up front...So I told the wife we could do a $700 sunroof or a 40.00 factory overhead console...need I say which way I went....but the console looks great and it don't leak! HAHAHA

You can take a trim panel down on either left or right side in the rear...even the center piece across the top...the headliner always extends past the molding and trim a piece out from the there to fit your holes...use a little clear adhesive and that's it....you have enough extra in your truck to make the match....
