Driver’s side is a bit high and need to aim it down a bit.

Is it that little circular opening at the top with what appears to be a little white plastic gear at the bottom?

If that is it does a Phillips screw driver work or do I need a special tool?

Thanks.
Figured as much just wanted to double check before I went sticking anything in there.

When I bought it they put a new assembly in. I have been flashed a couple times but just figured it was from coming over a hillcrest.

Followed the father in-law to Florida last week and he said the drivers side was blinding him.

Put her up against the wall and sure enough pretty high.

The headlamps on your vehicle are properly aimed at the assembly plant.
LOL :)

Mine were aimed at the bottom of the wall I used as a target last summer. I gave up counting how many turns it took to raise them to the proper level.

Easy adjustment and has been the same for years with the Expedition.

Make sure your light housing is fully seated before adjusting. The lower nipple sometimes can be tricky to get fully seated. I've removed each light no less than 5x in finding a good light bulb brightness.

Easy to aim them. Seem to do just fine. Have not had a chance to follow someone I know yet to see how it did.
