How to adust parking brakes - rear disk brakes w/small drum disks

Hello,

I have a 1997 Ford Expedition. I just replaced the rear pads and rotors. I also put in a new set of parking brake pads (these are rear disk brakes with the small drum type parking brake). The question I have is how to properly adjust the new parking brake pads (these are not self - adjusting).

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
