yesterday I bought my first ever ford. A 2006 Expedition Limited with I believe every single option available in 06. I actually traded a fully loaded Kia Forte, 2014 that I bought new, for it. I hated that car lol. Useless. I like the 2nd gen Expedition so decided on that. I wanted a better tow vehicle than my wife's RAV4 or my Jeep Wrangler lol. Plus we have a 2nd baby on the way and I just really wanted the extra space.

I bought it with 100k miles beautiful condition cosmetically. Especially the interior. It looks like it's never been sat it.

Anyways I hope to learn a lot about it here. Especially the dreaded spark plug issue. Other than that they seem to be rock solid trucks.

One thing you may want to check is the Fuel Pump Drivers Module. They are prone to fail due to corrosion. Located to the drivers side frame near the spare tire. Check on youtube for some good videos on the subject

From what I did see when I looked it over before I bought it there was zero corrosion on the frame or anything down there at all. This thing really looked brand new aside from one minor door ding and a couple minor scratches. Even the wheels have zero oxidation on them.
