Reed. I’m from Virginia and I just bought a 2005 Expedition Eddie Bauer model. It has a blown motor soooooo about the only thing that’s going to be remaining original Expedition wise is the frame and suspension. It’s a solid fully independent suspension with good differentials and strength for a project vehicle. I am staying 100% Blue Oval for a body and drivetrain so there’s that at least.

Well howdy to you too! Welcome to the forum. 2005 models did have their engine problems. Great running motors once you sort it all out though. Lots of talent here to help.
