humming noise from the dash on "new" 2017?

Recently bought a leftover '17 Expy Limited and have a slight humming noise coming from somewhere near the dash. You can hear it at idle but you can also also hear it on a quiet road at speeds up to maybe 10 or 15mph.

Does anyone else have this? This is my 4th Expy Ltd and I have never heard this before. Took it to a dealer and they said they couldn't hear any noise. BS. I know what I hear.

There is also a slight vertical scratch in the driver's side front window which I believe was caused by misaligned internal mechanisms in the door. I believe Ford has had lots of issues with window malfunctions. I know because I had to replace the motor just after warranty expired and it cost almost $600.

Anybody else have these issues?

On mine there is a cooling fan that runs behind the navigation screen.

Its not loud. Move close to the center of the dash and listen near the left center air vent/brake controller.

My 2007 does it with nav screen.
