The flasher is located just under the dash, where your left knee would be ...

What truck!?

I've been trying to solve this issue for a long time. I have LED replacement bulbs in front and back and have a hyper flash. I can't for the life of me find a flasher module where this is controlled.

I have a 2008 Ford Expedtion XLT. PLEASE Help!

I can't find mine either on my 09. I think our late models have the turn signals controlled by the smart control module. If that is the case, then there is no flasher. I traced the clicking noise to a little speaker in the instrument panel.
