Ignition coil connector wiring

I replaced the pig tail on #2 cylinder not paying attention to which wire from the harness went to which side of the original connector. Does it matter if the wires got switched on the pigtail? The car runs fine after the fact.
Just ordered an OBD scanner with live feed and such so I can clear any codes after fixing or observe live data.
