how do I remove ignition without a key in a'99 expedition

go to the dealer with the vin they have a key on a bord waiting 4 u and the keys are chiped so if u change the tumbeler u have to ghange the chip pickup and computer to my knolage anyway the only ****** part is a key replacement is 150 to my knolage

ok so if i get the vin off your mustang i can get a key cut and get in to your stang? i dont think a dealership will cut a key on a vin

they will as long as you have proof of ownership IE:registration, title, loan paperwork.
