Thank you for the information. Mississippi's lemon law talks about safety, diminished value, lack of repairs in three attempts, cumulative 15 days in the shop, and attorney's fees. They have offered extended oil changes and tire rotation. I didn't take them. My contract has an arbitration clause too. I really like the car and wonder if other vehicles could have the same issue and folks are not listening for that with all the extraneous noises that are inherent with kids, AC, speed, and radio. So stay tuned.

I want to close out this thread. FMC bought my 2025 Expedition back and I bought a new 2026 Expedition. I was told the vehicle was sent back to the factory for examination and I would probably never know the results of their examination. Everyone at FMC and the dealer were helpful and professional. Thanks everyone for the interest.

Thats good that ford looked out for you. Did you get the same trim and options for 2026? Does the new one feel better?

I got the same trim and options except the sun/moon/vista roof. Had one on my last two and hardly ever used them. Vehicle seems tighter and no rattles so far. I hate FMC is having all the recalls and quality issues. Hope they can figure out a method to ensure quality control soon. I like Ford vehicles. The buyback agent and the dealer personnel were very helpful. Willie
