Instrument Cluster light- Steering wheel control, Puddle light, Hazard/tcs, 4x4, head lamp, message center switch and floor shifter light wont work

Hi,
I have a 2014 4x4 Expedition EL with 121K miles on it.
Both the steering wheel control backlight, TCS/Hazard switch back light, Message center switch back light, puddle light, floor shifter light, 4x4 switch light, head light switch backlight don't work.
I searched several forums did not find a solution.
I checked the fuse #10 in the Smart Junction Box (SJB) it was blown and replaced it. It is still intact but none of the lights work.
Need to determine if SJB needs to be changed or can be reset by some OBD device.

doesnt have a sunroof.
Located some pins and connectors on the SJB. Will try to check those.
