The repair is not difficult. Taking the dash apart and reassembling is straightforward. Just keep the screws and clips organized when you remove them so you know which ones go where during reassembly. If you have never soldered You might want to ask a friend who has to do the soldering. The reason I say this is that you want to get the soldering iron hot but you don’t want to overheat the pin which could damage components. Check out one of the YouTube videos. There are several.
