Is it even worth it?

OK I was changing the oil this morning, when I notice some leakage from the trans bell housing, right where that rubber grommet is.
Did some searching and found that it is indicative of bad front/rear crankshaft seals.

I already have a rear pinion seal leak and tons of rust.

With 135k is it even worth throwing more money in it. It cost 5k i have put 4k in it over 3 1/2 years.

I enjoy tinkering on it but, that job is way more than my skill or equipment will allow.
