Is there a way to remove window regulator in a 99??

I dont think/know if the wheel wells are in the way but my buddies Excursion they roll down all the way in the back and I feel left out... If theres a way i would love to know how! Thank you!

So if the window regulator goes bad in either of the rear doors they cannot be replaced?

They can be replaced, but I think what he is asking is can you change out the regulator to one that will roll the window completely down. Atleast if I am understanding his question correctly.
