Hello Fellow Expeditionists!
I'm so glad to find this collection of like-minded people!
I'm planning to do rear brake job on my 2003 Eddie Bauer tomorrow. I usually just jack up one side and use only the floor jack to do the brake job. I have done this a few times and now I would like to be a little more efficient and raise both sides at the same time, so I'll need to use jack stands.
Since the 2003 is a unibody design and there is no discernible frame, I'm not sure where to place the jack stands. There are several places I could place the jack stands but the goal is to 'do no harm' to the truck or myself.
Any recommendations as to where to place the jack stands for the rear of the truck would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Beermoney
