just curious if anyone makes a 6 inch lift for the 2005 Eb 4x4's?

I have the same year truck and the only thing out there besides a leveling kit is an 8" suspension lift by Rize. I sent them and email two weeks ago to get a price and they responded with $3,704 for the lift kit.

all three of us are in the same boat. unfortunatly, no one makes a lift for us except rize. there is one member who is combining a three inch level/lift and the rancho quick lift which adds about an inch by itself. the only problem with that is maybe the different joints like ball joint, tie rods and maybe sway bar links might get pre mature wear. I have also thought baout doing that as well.

Man that sucks there isnt a decent priced lift for the 05. I am more than likely picking up one wednesday and was seriously thinking about dropping some cash in a lift wheels n tires and re gearing the diffs...But No way i'm paying that for a lift..But man it would be the baddest Thing around if i did...

you might want to give them a call. when I talked to them about six months ago, they said they only had four left in stock and they were not going to make any more because the demand was not great enough.

Well... Someone gotta keep you company also :)

Albeit it was a big bite, I do not regret it at all... Rumour has it, there is only 4 left, and no more to be made...

Looks like we will have our own private little club

new to this site. i have an 06 and before spending any big money on a lift i am wondering how strong the stock half shafts are or are there aftermarket options for greater strength. to me there's no point in spending 5k+ if i won't even be able to go around the mountains w/o twisting/breaking them.

another question. what kind of wheel travel does the rize kit give you. colorado has rocks not mud so the more travel the better. might be better to give up the expedition and get an F250

ive been throwing around the concept of an f150 6" front lift with a custom setup for the back. seems cheaper than the rize, but ive been contempating this idea for a little over a year now. lol
