Only a few mods so far... Polk speakers, JBL 6-channel amp installed in-wall where the factory sub used to be, 10" Alpine sub in sealed box in cargo area, replaced 20" chrome-clad stock rims with aftermarket 20's...

Anyone else with an 07 or newer getting lots of squeaks and rattles? This is my 3rd Expy, and by far the noisiest with regard to interior squeaks and rattles. Would love to figure out how to quiet them down...

No squeeks or rattles. Watch your drivers seat. Had problems with it moving fwd when braking, that took five months to get it fixed. You can see my original thread. Also look at your tailgate really close. Bought mine new and had a bubble that caused the dealer to repaint mine. Other than that I drove E-150's for decades and this is the first vehicle that fits me. If you have the chrome "clad" wheels the center emblems get bad. They call it delaminating. Then worse of all your spare tire may be a 17" when your actual ones are either 18 or 20. Have fun.
