Knock sensor

I just took my 99 expedition 4.6l engine to oreilys and it had code 0325 knock sensor. I dont feel the engine knocking or hear anything and it still preforms good. Any ideas ? I dont want to take it to ford cuz they charge me 100$ i ordered one which cost 40$ but idk if that the problem or not.
