Leaking sunroof, need new gasket? Any adjustments? What is acceptable amount of leaking?

You can use compressed air to try and clear them .

Careful using compressed air because if it is blocked good you will blow the hose off on the inside and then you would really be screwed.

Maybe better to use vacuum to suck out and not pushing stuff further down the hose.
That's assuming the plug is close to the drain pan. Mine was down towards the bottom from a dirt dobber wasp building a nest.

That's true, would think most drain problems would be from debris up top. Those wasp sure can cause problems, my point was to not blow the rubber drain lines off with to much pressure, as stated above.
