Ok I have a 2001 Ford Expedition XLT with led tail lights. The 3rd break light works but left and right will not. The running lights and turn signals work but that's it. Need help.

I would check both sockets for corrosion, then change to a known GOOD bulb for the brake lights. If there is minor corrosion in the sockets, you can gently scrape it out with a small pen knife or jeweler's screwdriver. You can clean the socket with electrical contact cleaner (if corroded). If a new good bulb works, then remove and install with a little dielectric grease on the bulb contacts. Good luck.

I doubt that the socket is your problem. You say the tail light and turn signals are working so that should rule out problem with the socket being the turn signal and brake lamp uses the same contact point of the socket. However you have LED lamps and that could be the problem.

If you can reinstall the original lights and see if the brake lamps work as normal. If the problem is still present I would then check the wiring harness for any bad splices or connections.

Do what bedrck said, swap back to originals and see if the problem persists or not.

Also wouldn't hurt to check for any possible blown fuses.

I tilted the starring wheel up and it came on. Before I switched lights of the wheel was low the blinkers would not work. My girlfriend recently lowered it
