I replaced my front, left and right hub assembly on my 03 5.4L Expy about 4 months ago. I think I am hearing noise coming from my left hub, but not really sure. I can't tell if its the hub or road noise. My ABS light had been coming on periodically but has not came on in over three weeks. I took it to Autozone today and had the codes read, the guy from Autozone made mention of a code about my left front wheel. I did not make a mental note of the code. Last but not least, I climbed under the truck and looked at the left hub, a little bit of grease seems to have oozed from the seam on the back side of the hub. I checked the right side to see if that was normal, and there was no grease coming out the seam. Is this a sign of my hub going bad?

I have pictures but I have not figured out how to import them to the thread..

If it is leaking grease then they need to be replaced since the hub is a sealed, non serviceable part. There should be no signs of grease leaking out!

Thanks for a reply

Thanks for the reply, sorry I am just now responding. I've been waiting on an email that to say some repied; that email never came. Thanks anyway, I will look at having that replaced.

Re-post the pics using photobucket.com. upload the pics there and click on the IMG code to copy it and paste it to the insert image button.

Here is a close of the left bearing. My Expy is 2WD, by the way what is a "cv"?
