mine does not have rear entertainment. mine is just like my xlt but with better sound package (when the amp/sub worked), rear vents, and moonroof/sunroof plus a few other little amenities but i would def not say fully loaded! haha. not sure bud how it all got put together. my controls are on the overhead next to the MPG. moonroof switch is in the center, with the vent switches on either side. when i get a chance, i will take a pic for you.

I would really appreciate that, thanks!

i think they are all options. i dont really like sun roofs. i would never use it. my dads tundra came with one and its never open. haha. my moms 4runner on the other hand. hers is always open. i just wish i had the vents. i might need to go pick me up a pair.

Do it! I think its a great option, especially when it gets triple digit hot out here. Its a great way to keep the car venting while parked somewhere. Thats one thing I love about my sunroof, I leave it cracked "open" while its parked in the heat and it helps to vent the truck. Cuz you know "heat rises." I just like having one. I use it all the time when the weather is nice out.

i leave mine cracked all the time as well, even while driving. i do open it up all the way in the summer time sometimes, but not on the highway. with the light up top, she gets pretty noisy! i will try to take a pic this weekend (with panda's camera since mine is in Iowa!) of my overhead console for ya'll.

correct about the xlt, my 98 xlt did not have vent windows or moonroof!

'01 XLT here...no sunroof and no vent windows. I'd love to have the vents, but don't need the headaches (and leaks) of the sunroof.

Have you made any progress with installing these windows spartacus? I recently purchased a set from my local salvage yard and havent had a chance to put them in. the holes are there for the motors, just not the rib nuts. I think im going to try and atleast install the motors for now just to keep the windows closed.

wow havent been on this thread in a bit lol.
Yeah the BRAND NEW 5.4L Triton V8 they dropped in it works pretty good haha. The windows all work. And his new HID lights, 15" Kicker L7 with 4500 watts behind it, in a GIANT box, huge capacitor, and a second battery to power it all.
He's on 2" TT and spacer with 33"s. Oxford white paint with black painted trim... good looking truck and its really cool but its just not maintained in certain areas lol. He also switched the rear bench seat out for a pair of navigator captain chairs that are really nice grey leather and match well (except for the Lincoln logo on em lol)
Kinda like me in that if something breaks on it you just live with out it... well i do that on some things. not the AC haha

haven't done the wiring yet, so they are staying closed for now. it was hot out and the old windows came out fairly easily. i was on the inside with a small screw driver handle pry bar, very very very easily work around the window (after removing a dozen or so nuts) with the pry bar or a screw driver to remove the window. have someone on the other side to "catch the glass". when installing the new plastic moulding for moveable glass i put the window urethane rope on the plastic and flattened it to make the moulding fit properly, otherwise what a pain in the a$$ that can be with plastic. whole thing took me about 2 hours. clean and prep took the longest.
