I like the installs that surprise because you dont see them :) I dont care how outrageously hard it bumps, I dont need 0 gauge cable after zero gauge cable after zero gauge cable, and I dont want to see much outside of stock. Im not knocking this but its a different purpose. This will be a family hauler, hauling more than speakers :)
Right now here is what I am thinking for a system. I have the Subwoofers already, Will order the head unit and sirius today/tomorrow, and Im looking for an amp, send what you got if your selling. Hoping to find someone already installed to preview. Surprisingly Crutchfield ended up being the cheapest after some promo codes and tech support is always good to have. :)

Clarion VZ400 DVD receiver
Clarion SIRIUS Satellite Radio Package
Eclipse 12" Subwoofer
2-Legacy 8" Subwooofers (May or may not use)

Let me know of any bad experiences with these units if you know of any. Thanks,

Reconsidering

Im not afraid of dremeling. I am looking at the Pioneer AVH-P3200BT now since the navigation add-on looks so simple and affordable. I love my last Pioneer and maybe I should just stick with the brand that Ive had luck with, rather than trying the clarion. May go through ebay for this one to save a few bucks.

im not a fan of legacy...had a set 10yrs ago just to have something...barely lasted a month...and it was just to give music added depth. i liked Volfenhag...had 2 12's...sounded good for being low end...lasted 4 yrs before i burned out a voice coil....

Ordered my Stereo today :)

Well I got my Stereo, install kit, and wiring kit purchased. After getting my Expedition today, I asked my self if I really need video and all the options. I talked myself into a unit that cost a hundred bucks less than the AVH-P3200BT , is simpler looking, and with great reviews. I got the Pioneer FH-P8000BT
Looks sleek and Its got usb input and bluetooth. I will envy the guys with the avh-3200bt I am sure but Im sure I will be content with this setup.

bhsoulja, I made a mistake, I meant they are Infinity 8's from a Ridgeline I used to have. I did used to love the Super Pro Super Blue's though, they pounded hard on a budget :)

First time I heard of SunDown actually. What a depth that thing would require. Awesome looking though. Im reading more on it. I think the best setup I have ever had is 2-8's and a 10" in my El Camino. That setup rocked, though I am worried my 2 8's and a 12 I have currently might be hard to distribute the power evenly if I try to run it in series. Thanks for the suggestion. Radio gets here tomorrow, amped to start :)

Pics, man, pics! I'm looking at the 3200DVD since i can get it for about $230. Don't know if I want to spring for the extra $100 for the BT. Did you need an adaptor for the dash space or did it fill it up nicely?

Got the install wired and for the most post "roughed in. Looks really nice overall. Ill put new pics up tonight. I was hoping to get the amp installed before taking final pics but I had to get ball joints replaced and that set me back 450 so no amp yet.
The AVH-P3200BT works perfectly now after a little RTF. hhereis where the rest of the install pics will go when I update it.
