My 04 EB has the rear pulldown dvd player but it doesn't play DVD-Rs. It's also a bit small. I'm looking to replace the player with something larger and was wondering if anyone has some experience/advice. For now, I plan on keeping the factory 6 disc head unit.
What brands/models have any of you tried? I'm looking at something in the 12"-15" range. It must play DVD-R and MP3.
I think I could do the install myself since everything is already wired there but I'm worried about mounting brackets and the extra weight of the larger (all in one) unit. I don't really want to go monitor + seperate unit on the floor.
Any insight would be helpful.
