Lower Spring Perchees

What year were these going on? ANd did the spring perches work on both the front and the back?

I have a 2010 Limited 2wd. So when I went to rockauto I just searched up my vehicle model, suspension, shock absober and bought 4 MOTORCRAFT ASH24732 currently at $35.89 each. The lower sping perches are universal and fit both front and rear with no problems on the Bilstein 4600. I was able to get all 4 done with the help of my oldest son in about 3 1/2 hours and that cause my wife kept interrupting us.
