Lug Size?

Anybody know the size of the stud for the lugs? I believe it is either 12mm or 14mm... need confirmation.

2000 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer, 5.4L Triton V8. 17 inch OEM wheels.

I'm pretty sure that build dates after November 1999 or so went to the 14mm lug. Mine was a September build date (I purchased October 1999) and has the 12mm lugs.
