Magnaflow

Hi guys

I am looking for better exhaust-sound in my 2004 5.4 Expedition. Unfortunately there isn`t many Expeditions in Norway, neither any dealers of Magnaflow products.

I would be glad if someone could inform me which Magnaflow-product fits my Expedition. I will then order it from a dealer in the US, or perhaps Ebay.

This would be good to know for the gen1 X as well, not sure what size or part # to order, I think we have the same motor, and I am not trying to jack your thread bud.

You may want to remove the aft cats, secondary or rear cats when you get the new exhaust put on for better fuel economy and more power.

just measure the body length of your current muffler and look for a universal one thats around the same size. I think we have 2.5 in/out.
i have no clue though besides that

i just went out to the websites...i.e. magnaflow.com and flowmaster.com...i believe they both have sound bites/vids to watch for sound on vehicles and will give you part numbers...

I have the magnaflow catback and love it. If you like, I'll measure the length of the muffler.. It's a 3 inch in/out design. I know they don't make a direct replacement.
