Middle Seats No Heat

Recently purchased a 2018 Expedition Max Limited. Have just noticed that the middle bench seat heat is not working. Buttons on back of console have indicator lights but do not show high/low bars and no heat in seat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously check the fuse, and if that doesn't work take it back to wherever you got it from and ask for them to fix it. Congrats on the new Expedition and welcome to the forum!

Is it the middle seat of the bench that's not working or none of the seats? The middle seat of the bench does not heat, only the outboard seats.

It is the two outside seats
