Having a misfire on cylinder 8. 2013 Expedition with 5.4 V-8. Replaced coil and plug still getting misfire. Any suggestions?

No coolant leaks from the heater hose dripping down into the sparkplug well right ? Any other DTC codes ? How many miles on it ? Timing chains done yet ?

No coolant leaks. 135000 miles. no timing chains done. no other codes.
