Monroe QuickStruts vs Bilstein & reuse old springs?

Have an '09 Expedition SSV w/ ~172k that's getting a bit bouncy.... still sits quite high though and doesnt sag much when loaded to the brim with people and stuff

So...shocks, right?

Obvious contender: Monroe Quickstruts


...but, what kinda results would I get if I reused springs and spent roughtly same money on Bilstein B6 instead?
