Moonroof rattle

Hi
I’m complaining from moonroof rattle in my 2018 expy limited edition.
I took it to the dealer in my country for 8k service and explained the issue to them , despite they do nothing.
Did anyone face this issue , and how he solve it ?

I would take it back just for the rattle. You paid for a warranty, make them stand by it. Most techs that work in the back hate rattle issues so they probably just ignored it and just did the 8k service.

I have the rattle as well. Mine is coming from the black trim piece that covers the connection where the functional part of the roof meets the stationary glass. I'm not sure why it is so loose fitting, but that is where the problem is. I think I read somewhere on here that someone just added something soft like a small piece of felt pad for a chair leg or something in there to keep it from touching. I still need to try that.
