Moonroof rattle

Hi
I’m complaining from moonroof rattle in my 2018 expy limited edition.
I took it to the dealer in my country for 8k service and explained the issue to them , despite they do nothing.
Did anyone face this issue , and how he solve it ?

I had my rails replaced due to the rattle. It was driving me bonkers. covered under warranty. 2018, 2.3Yr old at this point.

yes it is back to normal no-rattle now.

I just took mine in for a few things including some noises from the moonroof. Ford applied some oil/lube along the tracks and no more noise.

I had a rattle. Following the TSB didn't help. In my case it was the metal fasteners that hold the glass pane to the brackets that lift it/move it. They were loose. Once I tightened them the rattle went away.

As I see , there are many reasons for rattle , and the solutions were varieties.
I think we need to differentiate between rattles, and from where it comes .

Ford lubed my roof and made a mess.
When I opened the roof grease fell onto my seats.
