Motortrend is doing their suv of the year contest. I believe the expy and navi are in it this. The sequoia or qx80 werent in it last year so itll be interesting if they were included as well. They havent dropped the reviews on the fs suvs yet.

I’d bet the Expedition takes it. Usually whoever has the newest redesign out will take it. GM is on the current, same with Toyota. Nissans update was a year or two ago. I don’t pay much mind to motor trend whatever of the year. It seems they are usually really testing what is the best passenger car not the best truck or SUV. Some of their truck of the year selections and reasoning have made me shake my head. I always love when they beat up on HD Fords for having a solid front axle......uh what should an HD truck have? A cushy ride with IFS and an aluminum 4 cylinder? Should they ditch the frame? Oh wait, it’s not a truck anymore.

Weird, it eco mode the tranny is smoother than whipped butter. I can agree the steering is slightly heavy though.

Have u ever read the motortend "..." Of the year articles? They compare all the newest models and pick the best of the new. Though you wont cross shop, it gives you a good reference point btw whats new
