My Expedition won't start

I tried to start my Expedition and it just clicked so I checked the battery and it had power. I replaced the starter solenoid and still just a click. Most commonly would I have to replace the starter next?

Try using a remote starter at the firewall solenoid, or if you want to cheat, a screwdriver lodged between big cable 12 volts and starter small wire . If it starts, you've eliminated the starter.
