Im new to the forum, considering getting an Expedition for my wife. She only puts on about 6000 miles per year so not worried about gas as much, mostly hauling kids/dog around.

Anyways, our price range is 6000 or so, which means higher miles, which also means the price difference of a expy to a navi is quite close. Im having trouble searching comments/people who compared these two and am wondering if the repair/maintenance cost is a big difference or why some of you opted for a expy over the navigator. thnx

Navigator is a rebadge Expedition with a heftier price. Seeing your buying it used, the so called "luxurys" are worn out. I would stick with an expedition man to be honest.

i personally dont like the rear hatch of the navigator, or the tail lights. and i agree, if you get a navi for that price, its gonna be rough.

I second the other two post, and also the prices for parts to repair the navi are alot higher because of the name.
