hello everyone. im looking to buy a camper and i need to upgrade my reciever. i have the standard tow package on my 07 and im looking for a class iv. does anyone know where to find one?

Double check your reciever. I'm pretty sure they all came with the class iv no matter when trailer package the truck has. I didn't have the HD tow package on mine and it came with the class iv hitch.

Same here. I don't have the HD tow package, and looked at my hitch last night. It is in fact a Class IV with a 4 pin connector.

OK I thought it was a class 3. How can you tell the difference ?

Its usually stamped on it somewhere. I know they like to try and hide the hitch on the newer ones behind the bumpers so it might be hard to find. I also agree though, pretty sure they are all class IV.
