Need help with new wheels and tires

2003 EB Expy. Has the eBay 3.5/2.5 lift on it. Wanting to order some new wheels and tires but having a hard time deciding what I can run. Thinking about 17 or 18 wheels but I want to have them stick out of the fender a little bit for an aggressive stance. I know the stock 7x7.5 wheels have a +44 offset. What offset should I look for to help achieve the stance?? Maybe +25mm? I'm also wanting to run 33" tires (maybe 35s) also need to know what backspacing to look for (that's where I really get lost) Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks
