I have a 2020 Exp. Max Platinum. After having it for a short period, the little flap on the back of the 3rd Row seat that protects the seat motor broke. I have several friends with the same vehicle and theirs did the same thing. My question is, what is that part called? I've reached out to local Ford dealerships and they are having issues figuring out exactly what the parts required for the repair are. Anyone else have this issue? If so, how'd you fix it? The retainer clips that are molded onto the flap have broken off. I'm considering drilling them out and just using push retainers to reattach it. Any thoughts or recommendations? I'll post pics.
