need some advice pls

Hi all..have had my 99expo lil less then a year...I'm learning lil by little don't want to take it to the shop..ill get ripped def. Would my truck since it came with 23"s had to have been lifted and if I needed shocks what would the symptoms be thanks in advance.

I don't think you have a lift, maybe the torsion bars cranked up a bit... but I think 1st gen expys can fit 24s stock.... but bad shocks would cause the expy to bounce a lot... coils absorb the shock of bumps and your shocks control how long the vehicle bounces
