2002 speakers keep blowing out need help

I need some advice I have a 2002 Ford EXPO Eddie baur edition and my speakers just got bad sounded really sqeaky and just had no bass so I changed the sub and all four door speakers and a few months later they went out again and the people that installed my speakers replaced it and now less then a few months they went bad again but I'm starting to think its something wrong with my car .what should I do or what could it be .please help I need some ideas !

Wha head unit are you using? If stock does your expedition have a factory amp? If so the amp maybe going bad.

Yeah it was going bad so I changed everything even the amp
