Need some wheel and tire sizing help

Looking at getting a set of 18x9 ballistic jesters for my 08 exp
I'm looking to get a nice stance. What offset would I get to have the wheel/tire stick out alil

Also I'm looking to stay the same height as stock or close to it maybe a wider tire going with either terra grappler or trail grappler

Any help u guys have would be greatly appreciated
