Need your opinions on a wheel mod....

Gonna Plastidip my wheels on the big girl... I've done the trim, I've done the wheels and rockers on my Jeep. I've gone mudding, I've power washed.. this stuff is the real deal, so we don't have to discuss it's strength or longevity.

Just want your opinions on what I'm gonna do. The choices are just black out the middle, or go all in and do the whole thing. Or choice #3. Leave it as is.

I used to have to get my plastidip across the border, so I was using it as sparingly as I could for touch ups, and such, but now this stuff is available at Home Hardware in Canada so I am happy. Let me know your thoughts...

Personally I like my rims completely blacked with the plasti-dip, and I think your truck would look boss if you went that same way. However, I am partial to black rims in general, I always think they look better than chrome ones.

Imo do the black chrome.... you can buy it at pep boys, looks so much better then all blacked out... gives the truck a mean agressive look

looks good...have you thought about a red paint line around the lip? what about getting a paint pen and coloring the white letters RED!!! that would look good!!!

Funny you shopuld mention that....You can actually buy wheel trim that comes in 4 pieces that wraps around the outside of the rim. Doing it for my Jeep. You just overlap it.... Looks pretty sweet.

You can also buy red vinyl pinstriping that way you don't have four seams to match up.....just one. I used silver on my black wheels for my motorcycle and it looked great to me.

I did plasti-dip black with just chrome center caps. Yours all black look good. I like the red stripe idea. Maybe even red reflective.
