I have 2003 expedition and just crossed 175k miles. I'm looking for suggestions on upgrades or ways to refresh it. Thanks in advance for any info.

Suspension?
Engine upgrades?
Exhaust ?

I would stay clear of any engine upgrades unless you plan on refreshing that whole motor.

CR how is the diesel swap working for you so far?

JB5 you can always redo the interior. LED interiors, seat covers, new radio. As for exterior new rims and wheels(street or offroad), can get a spacer lift, HID headlights, tint the windows.

So far, so good. It has been just over two years now. It is still a hoot to drive and the fuel savings is close to paying for the swap. The injector pump was leaking a little, so I took it off and re-sealed it with new o-rings. Kind of an intimidating job since I had never done one before. I bought a video from a guy on e-bay and that helped a lot to avoid the most common gotchas. I turned the max fuel screw in one-half turn and it made a noticeable difference in power. It was a little doggy off the line and it is better now. The difference is somewhat subjective, since I did not say anything to my wife and she did not notice any change. I gotta get a pyrometer and boost gauge so I can turn it up a little more and not melt anything. I have been shopping for a bigger turbo or a smaller exh. housing for the stock turbo, so I can get more air when I increase the fuel. More fuel = more power. More fuel + more air = more power that burns clean (not a fan of black smoke). The cool thing about diesels is that you can increase the power and it only affects fuel economy if you use it alot.
