New 2015 Platinum EL owner w/questions

Bought a 2015 Platinum EL 4x4 with 65k miles on it back in January to replace my 7.3 Excursion. It currently has 73k miles lol. First time I drove it was 19hrs back home to Texas from Florida. I just completed a 3k mile trip from Central Texas to DC towing a Porsche and then a Jaguar back to Texas. It towed well but could use some shocks and the front brakes were loud, especially down hill in the mountains. The dealership I bought it from out brand new SL rated tires which I'm not used to.

Overall the truck is great.

What shocks and brakes do yall recommend? I'm thinking Bilstein 5100's, I had them on my 2006 F250 and liked them. The Excursion currently has a new pair of Rancho 9000 shocks which I cant find for the Expedition.

Where can I get replacement remotes for the headrest DVD players?

What roof rack cargo carrier are yall using/recommend?

Any seat covers that are a direct fit? Would love to protect these seats from the kids.

They fit mine just fine - 15 Expedition EL/Max Limited, 20" wheels.
