New 4.6L/3V 350HP Crate Engine

Anybody know if this crate engine will drop in an '03 Expy? Would a different control pak be required?

you would be hard pressed for torque out of that guy.... very much a higher rpm-oriented engine.... would be much easier to just swap in a 5.4 with some mild mods....

Funny this topic should be posted - While slogging to/from work last week I was athinkin' - How hard would it be to swap the 3V heads on the 4.6? Are the newer engines significantly different than the older 4.6s? Would a crate engine be a drop in deal?

I'm just thinking that the 292 HP of a 3V 4.6 with the little better mileage of the 4.6 is better than the marginal increase in HP of a 5.4.
